Systems theory has been used in various fields in the last several decades and has brought significant results. This theory can be Considered as one of the bases of Quranic interpretation and help to the development of Quranic Studies. This article aims to explain the theory of systems and it’s functions in Quranic studies, thus with the descriptive and analytical Method, verifies and analyzes Quranic functions of Systems theory. According to the survey, it seems that the theory of systems, at least in five areas of Quranic studies can be reviewed and discussed that are: A. Method of Quran by Quran interpretation; B. semantics of Quranic words; C. Reflection and understanding of the Qur'an; D. Answering to some questions and doubts; E. Order of the Quran. According to the survey conducted in these five areas, it seems the use of systems theory in the interpretation of the Quran has beneficial results that are: One. Stay away from interpreting micrological; Two. Achieving the exact meanings of the Quranic words; Three. Discover the relationship between chapters and verses of Quran; Four. Providing more satisfactory answers to the questions and doubts; Five. Showing wonderful discipline of Holy Quran. This functions and results show that it is necessary for the commentators of Quran in interaction with other knowledges to develop, strengthen and scrutinized the principles of Quranic interpretation and To make way for opening new horizons of the Quranic teachings.
