Abstract
In this paper, we characterize all commutative semigroups with zero S such that their annihilator graphs have four vertices. Moreover, we give a complete (up to isomorphism) description of all pairs (G, S), where G is a graph and S is a commutative semigroup such that G is the annihilator graph of S and G has four vertices.
