Abstract
In the recent decade, fabrication of multi organs-on-a-chip (OoC) in order to drug development process is rising significantly. Animal trials and human clinical tests are expensive and time- consuming. Furthermore, animal testing evolves ethical issues and their metabolism can differ from those in humans. So implementation of a comprehensive simulation before fabrication seems logical. One of the most important aspects of Ooc simulation is oxygen delivery. In this study desired oxygen Concentration for hepatocytes was investigated.
