Nowadays, there is paying a particular attention to the human and psychological aspects of work along the growth of industries and technical technology. Therefore, there is no doubt that the effective administration of each organization more than anything, depends on the performance of their human resources. So, the applied methodology in this research is descriptive and analytical method. This study in term of purpose is practical and in term of correlation type is bivariate. Total statistical population of research according to obtained data from the North Khorasan Gas Company are 89 persons which 76 persons were male and 13 other patients were female. After data collection from prototype, data were entered to the SPSS software and Cronbach\'s alpha coefficient was calculated and obtained coefficient to Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire was 0.74 and for performance questionnaire was 0.92. finally, there are presented some solve ways in the end of paper
