Abstract
Diazinon is one of the most practical organophosphorus pesticides that has used in agriculture due to its high consumption of pesticides and their detrimental effects on humans and the environment, choosing a sensitive, simple and rapid method for measuring this Compounds are very important. Electrochemical methods which have advantages such as selectivity, simplicity, reproducibility and high sensitivity can be used to measure organophosphorus compounds. In this study, an electrochemical sensor was designed to measure diazinon based on gold electrode modification with esterase (extracted and purified from bacteria Bacillus sp.HP 96) and Halloysite. The effect of parameters which impress on the biosensor performance was investigated like electrochemical behavior of diazinon and pH. The proposed electrochemical biosensor was successfully used for the measurement of diazinon in environmental and biological samples.
