Background: Lack of scheduling and time-limit stress is one of the routine mental disturbances of students. Although the ability to apply personal skill of time management is considered a key contributor in academic achievement, no integrated applied research has been done on students. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of time management training on nursing students\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' academic achievement and resilience. Methods: This was a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study with 30 female nursing students, selected randomly. All 30 participants completed the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and assigned randomly in experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups. The experimental group participated in 10 sixty-minute sessions of time management training, while the control group received no training. Results: At the end of the training period, all participants recompleted CD-RISC. The data were analyzed using SPSS (V24.0) and ANCOVA. The results showed that, based on the effect size, time management training predicts 57% and 80% of academic achievement and resilience variances, respectively. Conclusion: Therefore, time management training contributes in students\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' academic achievement and increases their resilience.
