Abstract
The high unemployment rate of university graduates in Iran has caused many problems, while development and higher education have a positive relationship in mentality, but in Iran they have a negative relationship. In this article, the reasons for the negative relationship between higher education and development in Iran have been discussed. The pyramid of education is not related to the needs of the labor market; Rather, it is upside down.
