The statistical population of this study includes sports specialists, university faculty members, coaches, referees, athletes, and sports club managers from Iraq. The sample is selected by snowball sampling To formulate the theoretical framework of the research, the library method and a review of previous research as well as interviews with 14 people from the statistical population were used to achieve theoretical saturation. The interview was conducted using open and semi-structured questions in order to discover specific and deeper aspects of the research topic by Skype software.
