The application of Helical pile is recently extending worldwide. In Iran, the application of such piles is new. In this presentation, new experiences by the Author including the filed and analytical experiences are presented. In addtion to research subjects and developments, it has been used as a rehabilitation method in order to level a settled building. As another experience, the helical pile was designed under the mat foundation of Electric Transmission Towers in the north of Iran and the bearing capacity characteristics was shown by performing in situ test on a single helical pile. Other examples with larger dimensions of helical pile, which was performed by other colleagues were also presented.
