We present an electrostatic analysis method for determining the sheet resistance of metallic transparent electrodes. Three different electrode structures are introduced, and their optical and electrical properties are systematically studied. Experimental validation performed on a grid-type transparent electrode shows excellent agreement with both our electrostatic analysis and previously established models. Furthermore, we apply our method to extract the sheet resistance of square- and hexagonal-lattice perforated transparent electrodes - configurations that previous models could not accurately address. These results highlight the versatility and efficiency of our approach, which achieves high accuracy with minimal computational cost and could be used for the design of next-generation transparent electrodes in solar cell and optoelectronic applications.
