Abstract
Substituted 6-chloro-pyrimido[4,5- e ][1,3,4] thiadiazine was converted to the corresponding 6-hydrazino derivative by treatment with hydrazine hydrate in DMF/Et 3 N. The latter was converted to various substituted [1,2,4]triazino[1,2- a ] pyrimido[4,5- e ][1,3,4]thiadiazines.
