An iterative algorithm is proposed in this paper to estimate the singular value decomposition (SVD) of multipleinput multiple-output (MIMO) channel from the received signal. The proposed algorithm is based on the constrained minimum mean-square error (MMSE) criterion. For different numbers of transmitter and receiver antennas, simulation results show that the iterative algorithm achieves good performance
