Abstract
In this study, results of the development of a web availability analyzer software tool that has been designed in order to measure internet availability from the end user s perspective are reported. The measured results of the availability of local and international sites along with a comparison of results indicate the successful operation of the software tool. The main objective of this paper is to present the approach used to measure the actual availability of internet sites through the development and use of a Web Availability Analyzer software Tool (WATT).
