In the title compound, C16H16Cl4N3O2P, the phosphoryl and carbonyl groups are anti to each other. The dihedral angle between the benzene rings 33.59 (16). In the crystal, adjacent molecules are linked via N—H...O P and N—H...O C hydrogen bonds, into an extended chain running parallel to the a axis.
