Abstract
The effect of using nanofluid (MWCNT-DI water) at different weight concentrations on the thermal resistance of a twophase closed thermosyphon (TPCT) was studied in this research. Experimental results show that the thermal resistance decreases as the concentration of nanofluid and output power increase. The minimum thermal resistance, which occurs at 1 wt% nanofluid, is 0.42 °C / W. Also, at all input powers, the average temperature of the evaporator decrease with increasing of concentration of nanofluid (except 90W in 0.5% wt).
