Fungi are one of the main factors which causes big losses for agricultural products annually. One of the suitable methods for fungi controlling is using medicinal plants. In this way not only we can control fungi growth but also it hasn’t any side effect for human health. In this research a diseased ex-plant placed in Petri Dishes with PDA media and transported to incubator with 25-28 °C . for isolation , wells were made using sterile glass stems (diameter 8mm) in Rhizopus spp clony and placed in WA media. After isolation,a circle of colony whit 8 mm diameter placed in PDA in Petri dishes and transferred to incubator whit 25-28°C and 12 hours lightness and 12 hours darkness . The treatments included: 1250,2500,3750 and 5000 ppm. The colony diameter measured every day for 10 days. In control treatment with no essential oils after 2 days all Petri dish surface whit 9 mm diameter covered with Rhizopus spp mycelium. The treatments delayed Rhizopus spp growth. The least Rhizopus spp growth was in Juniperus orointalis essential oils. Generally juniperus fruit essential oils could control fungi growth more than Hyssopus officinalis. The most effect in Rhizopus growth control were in 2500 and 3750 ppm Juniperus fruit essential oils. These results showed higher concentration of Hyssopus officinalis essential oils decreased Rhizopus growth. In other hand the best concentration for juniperus fruit essential oils was 2500 ppm. Therefore applying juniperus fruit essential oils is financially cheaper because it can control in lower concentration than Hyssopus officinalis essential oils.
