This study was conducted to examine the construct validity of English Language Teacher prejudice scale (ELTPS) designed by Pishghadam, Baghaei, Bazri, and Ghaviandam (2012). To this end, the questionnaire was distributed to 100 English language teachers in private language institutes in Mashhad .To substantiate the construct validity of the test; Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) was utilized. Two tests were employed to measure the factorability of the inter-correlation matrix: Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test of Sampling Adequacy (KMO) and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity. The results of the two tests demonstrated that the factor model was appropriate. The results of rotated component matrix indicated that there are five underlying factors of the test. Finally, statistical results were discussed and implications were provided in the context of English language teaching.
