Abstract
In this paper, a nonlinear mixed integer bi-level programming model for designing a reverse logistics network is presented. The main goal for designing is to collect and recycle the End-of-Life (EOL) products in the supervision of the government. The government is the leader of the model and recycling centers are the followers. The model is solved with K-K-T approach.
