Abstract
Milk is one of the most complete and needful natural foods, has a special place in the nutrition of different age groups especially for children and the elderly as a source of animal protein with high nutritional value. It is also highly regarded in Iran, so that milk production increased from 8772 to 9552 thousand tons during 2008 to 2009 and represents the 8.9 percent of the total milk producton has an important place in Iran. The aim of this study was to evaluate the microbiological properties of bulk tank raw milk in some dairy herds during different seasons in Khorasan Razavi Province.
