Objective Due to the rapid progress of science and the need for rapid and efficient method for the treatment and living conditions today the use of hypnosis has a lot of fans of different methods used for hypnotheraby for improvement in the living models of cognitive hypnotherapy is the best way forward(davod,1998). This hypnotherapy can lead to better mental health in patients. To study the effectiveness of cognitive hypnotheraby internal coherence and the mental health of students is made. Method in a pilot study of 40 student volunteers interested in participating in a study of 20 randomly selected students in two groups of 10 each test and control data and all of the controls and control demands were from the control group and the controls were asked before and after the intervention. The internal consistency of the questionnaire and respond to public health Cognitive(GHQ) hypnotheraby in eight 45-minute sessions were conducted in the experimental group and the control group did not receive any way. The data obtained were analyzed using statical analysis of covariance analysis with spss software. Results Statistical analysis of the post-test in two group were matched on level of internal consistency and general health(P<0.05)showed significant differences.In other word,cognitive hypnotherapy to increase internal cohesion and public health in the experimental groups was significant. Conclusions Results showed that cognitive hypnotherapy internal coherence and the mental health of students is helpful. Key words Internal coherence. Mental health. Cognitive hypnotherapy.
