Due to the more complexities in earthquake mechanism and severe heterogeneity in various layers of earth through which earthquake passes and other unclear issues, we cannot predict the time, site and magnitude of future and current earthquake. Based on the available scientific information and statistical methods, we can estimate the safety of structures to earthquake. In this study we applied the past statistical data and earthquakes record to analyze the hazard of various regions of Rasht city in all urban projects namely environmental projects. In this project by using equations and seismic analysis software, we used to calculate the engineering and management society. It was found that the seismic source of the study region is independent and is different from the neighboring regions.
