Abstract
A Gompertz model is considered for the lifetimes of some experimental units. It is assumed that the lifetimes are related to fixed covariate and the observations are sampled under progressively Type-II censoring scheme. The unknown parameters of the interested model are investigated; the corresponding maximum likelihood estimators as well as the approximate confidence intervals are derived.
