Abstract

The Z-scan instrument is used to find of dye decolorization of Trypan Blue and Methylene Blue by the Laccase enzyme. The results show that the open aperture curves and peak and valley of close aperture curves can be described dye decolorization in solutions. Moreover, the nonlinear absorption and the nonlinear refractive index of Trypan Blue and Methylene blue in dye decolorization are evaluated. The Z-scan instrument is useful methods to study decolorization of these dyes. The spectrophotometer is also used to study of the decolorization of Trypan Blue and Methylene blue. The results indicated that at the first times, the absobance value is not sensitive value to study of dye decolorization. This idea can give a new direction to the research for environmental factors.
