The effect of gamma irradiation (GR; 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 kGy and electron irradiation (ER; 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 kGy) and proximate compositions , fatty acid profiles, cynamid, total phenolic compounds, flavonoids and gamma tocopherol (gamma -Toc) contents of flaxseed (FS) were investigated.
