Rhagodes ahwazensis Kraus, 1959, an Iranian endemic solifuge, is diagnosed and revised here. Since its original designation, no more specimens have been recorded to date. This species was described based on single male specimen; thus, its female was unknown. In this study we sampled fresh materials of R. ahwazensis from its terra typica and re-described the male and female for the first time.
