چکیده
In this paper, by selecting appropriate substrate and thin film materials, optical bandpass filters enabled of generation of safe UV radiation were prepared. First, appropriate substrates were cut from quartz optical glass and prepared with quarter wave quality. Design of 222 nm bandpass filter was created by Macleod software. Coating of Al and MgF2 materials were done by PVD approach on the prepared substrates according to the design. Optical transmission spectrum of the prepared filter was measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy technique. The results indicate the good optical quality of the prepared filter and its transmission output conformity with the designed one.
