This paper will address some of the important factors in choosing as E-commerce services providers. As a framework is put both on how to outsource SME e-commerce initiatives to third parties by asking the right questions to determine a fit between e-commerce services providers and SMES. In evaluating the data from the responses to the online survey, it appears that 58% of respondents are somewhat knowledgeable about technology products and services. For those SMES who respondents in the survey, a large number, 70% disagree that e-commerce system is excellent. Survey results show that the management of SMES doesn’t have proper knowledge about how to use the support of vendors in their businesses.
