Abstract

Website are major source of providing online services, we study the role of responsiveness, efficiency, reliability, privacy, and fulfillment of online services in the context of customer satisfactions for Iranian rail road Company. A survey approach was used to collect data from two domains, customers, who received the services of the Iranian rail road and employee who are involved in providing such services to the customers.
