In this paper, we use the measure theory method for estimation of attraction region and asymp- totic stability of an autonomous system of rst order of the nonlinear ordinary dierential equations (ODE\'s). Corresponding with attraction region, two optimization problems are dened. We prove that if solutions of two problems be the same, the attraction region is determined completely. The solutions of these optimization problems are used to nd an estimation of the region of attraction and then a piecewise-constant control function. Using the approximated control signals, the approximate trajectories and the error functional related to asymptotic stability problem are obtained.
