An experiment was conducted to determine the apparent metabolizable energy (AMEn) and total tract digestibility (TTD) of dry matter, organic matter, crude fat, nitrogen, ash and crude fibre of EFFSB in broiler chickens. A batch of Full-fat soybean (FFSB) was wet extruded at high temperature-short time (155°C, 15 seconds) in extruder system. The aflatoxin and oil peroxide value of EFFSB were determined as 4.38 P.P.B and 6.606 respectively. EFFSB was incorporated into the basal diet at 4 concentrations (0, 75, 150, and 225 g/kg), which provided 4 diets. Forty 10 d old chickens divided into twenty groups of 2 birds each and placed randomly into 20 cages. All chicks fed a conventional starter diet till 14 d of age and then were assigned to experimental diets. During 18 to 21 days of age, total excreta from each cage were collected, dried and stored prior to chemical analysis. Results showed that the AMEn value of EFFSB was 3908 Kcal/kg and total tract digestibility coefficient of dry matter, organic matter, crude fat, nitrogen, ash and crude fibre of EFFSB were 73.95, 79.40, 90.76, 65.90, 19.97 and 58.90% respectively.
