In order to study of different concentrations of bulk and nanosized TiO2 on seed germination of wheat an experiment was done in a randomized completely design with four replications at College of Agriculture, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. The experimental treatments were include five concentrations of bulk (1, 2, 10, 100 and 500 ppm) and five concentrations of nanosized TiO2 (1, 2, 10, 100 and 500 ppm) and a control (without any TiO2). The size of TiO2 nanoparticles were determined by Scanning Tunnelling Microscope (STM) and size of bulk TiO2 was provided by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) in Central Laboratory of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran.
