This research has assessed and compared content management of some websites of libraries in America, Europe and Asia; It is also about to what extent being paid attention to the principles of content management based on superior system of content management in websites of National Libraries. Content management may be known as process of collecting, organizing and classifying of any kind of informational sources in order to store, recover, spread, update and reuse these informational sources desirably. Statistical population in this research are national libraries of (the US, England, Denmark and Sweden) from America and Europe, national libraries of (Iran, Japan, Singapore and Turkey) from Asia which assessed based on criteria in search list (arranged and provided based on features of the best content management system). Finally, content management of websites of national libraries in Asian countries compared to that of America and Europe. The results show there were 79.49 percent of expecting elements in websites of national libraries in America and three European countries England, Denmark and Sweden while it is 81.24 percent in websites of National libraries in four Asian countries Iran, Turkey, Japan and Singapore. On the whole there is not a significant difference with respect to content management between current situations of websites of National libraries in America and three European countries, England, Sweden and Denmark and websites of national libraries in four Asian countries Singapore, Iran, Japan and Turkey, but websites of national libraries in Asian countries have relative superiority.
