Title : ( The effect of radiative energy loss of heavy quarks in the calculation of nuclear suppression factor in quark-gluon plasma: Iterative Laplace approach )
Abstract
The radiation drag and diffusion coefficients of charm and bottom quarks propagating through quark gluon plasma (QGP) have been evaluated for conditions relevant to nuclear collisions at the RHIC by using Iterative Laplace transform method. The effect of radiation on nuclear modification factor also has been highlighted. The results are compared with experimental data produced by PHENIX group.
