Packaging has so many potential benefits for a wide variety of meat and muscle products. Nevertheless, consumer acceptance is crucial to the success of this technology.Since, there is a lack of knowledge about the acceptability to consumers of meat packaging.hence,the purpose of this article is, modeling the factors affecting customer trust in meat packaging with structural equation modeling(SEM). Structural equation modeling(SEM) is a very general and powerful multivariate analysis technique designed to test a conceptual or theorical model. Some common methods include confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis, and latent growth modeling.
