Abstract
DNA IGF1 was used as transfer vector to produce recombinant IGF1 in mammalian cells. Transfer and control vector were co-transfected into HEK293T cell line with helper plasmids to produce recombinant lentivirus. HEK293T cells with lentivirus particles were then transducted to produce recombinant HEK293T cell line. In-vitro mRNA and protein overexpression of IGF-1 were determined by RT-qPCR and western blotting. The method suggests that a constructed recombinant lentivirus vector could be used to introduce IGF-1 genes into mammalian cells.
