Extension of mankind societies and grow up population, specially in urban area cause confession economical limitations in buil the residential places and many people have a tendency for culture and taking care of flower in their home. In our country which have variation in climate and enjoyment of sunlight in often times exist high ability at producing ornamental plants and flowers. Anthurium andreanum Var Tera (frome family Araceae) that is a beautiful flower, has heart-shape appearance and red, pink, green colors. Proliferation with seeds which used for increment previously , abolished for some reason such as less speed of increase and the feasibility of plant with microbial or virulent agents, these days. At this research in order to study of different 2,4-D quantities in tissue culture of Anthurium andreanum Var Tera , the treatments of 0.5-1-1.5-2-2.5 mg/l 2,4-D was deliberated. There were 10 replicates for each treatment and totally 50 vial. Leaf explants after the separation at maternity basis, transported to the lab and cultured. The results showed in spite of effectual 2,4-D in callus induction of many plants, it has no effect in callus induction of Anthurium andreanum Var Tera, lonely.
